My name is Jeroen Mous, together with Giny we have three kids, Piet, Carina and Eldert, born and raised in Bakhuizen. In daily life I am an entrepreneur. I always have a good time, on or around the water and sailing I have been doing more and more in recent years. Being outside in nature in the sun, wind and rain is freedom for me. Working together on a large ship is wonderful. Also nice to see how we all get such a skûtsje in the right direction. Socializing with a nice group of people and enjoying the Burgundian life in the meantime is important to me. Meanwhile, many sailing hours on the Frisian waters, but also skûtsjes & tjalken grown in the winter months. And now this wonderful project, our skûtsje “Frije Fûgel”. I am the skipper on this historic ship and look below what a great team! I look forward to sailing hard across the lakes with my team …
